On December 30, 2105, the proposed update to the Marcy Town Master Plan was submitted to the Town Board for consideration. There are copies available at the Town Hall for review, or you can download from the website (townofmarcy.org/masterplan/).
There will be a public hearing on February 4th, an all comments are welcome before then using the form online or sent to the Municipal Building attention Planning Board.
The Master Plan is the policy guidance document that we will use as we develop (and update) regulations for the next several years. So it does not contain specific rules like the zoning will, it contains the principles that we want to adopt.
