There aremultiple trash and animal waste receptacles throughout the park… please clean up after yourself and your animal while at the park.
All animals need to be leashed while at the park for the safety of others. Violators will be prosecuted without warning and action will be taken
against any person who has committed any violation to Local Law. The Town of Marcy may elect either to prosecute such action as a violation
under a penal law or to commence an action to recover a civil penalty.
The Town Park Hiking trails are open for use for hiking, walking, running, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Please yield the right of way when needed. Please leave no trace; and if you carry it into the trails, please carry it out.
There are over two miles worth of trails. All bridges have been repair and restored with a new one added.
The Pavilion is open for rentals and fills up quickly.
Rentals are first come, first serve and no rental is held without a submitted application, and required fee.
